Situation: situated in Pessac Léognan

Surface: 3 hectares

Soil: Clayey and chalky hilltops dating back to Miocene time, with some gravels
Grape variety: 35 % Merlot, 65 % Cabernet-Sauvignon

Average age of vines: 10-15 years old

Harvest: made by hand

Vinification: in stainless steel thermo-regulated vats. Vatting for 3 to 4 weeks at –30°C.

Ageing: In the French-oak barrels during 12 months
